One JarOne ChainFROM CELLAR TO MARKET

DeZiJiao® is more than a bottle of wine. Four revenue lines, four assets and a chain of five links connect an origin cellar to tables around the world. Culture earns the premium; the supply chain earns the order.

Business Structure

Four Revenue Lines, Each With Its Own Stretch

REVENUE LINES

We do not describe the business as one vague whole. Each line has its own customers, its own way of earning, and its own driver of growth.

01 果

Fruit Wine Series

Customers: restaurants, retail, e-commerce and regional distributors. Revenue: bottled retail and distributor supply. Growth: a four-season rhythm that brings customers back four times a year.

RETAIL & DISTRIBUTION
02 罐

Aged Jar Series

Customers: domestic banquets, gifting and bulk buyers. Revenue: the 1.5KG and 2.5KG formats. Growth: trade-up along the aged tiers, rather than volume pushed through discounts.

THE AGED TIERS
03 贸

International Trade

Customers: overseas importers and regional distributors. Revenue: export supply, overseas distribution and supply-chain coordination. Growth: five markets landed one by one, not one large order at a time.

EXPORT & DISTRIBUTION
04 定

OEM / ODM

Customers: brand owners and retailers' own labels. Revenue: bespoke development and volume production. Growth: one brewing and packaging capability serving many brands, with falling marginal cost.

FOUR ASSETS · THE MOAT
Time THE YEARS IN THE JAR

Five quiet years in clay, opened only when the time is due. The years held in the jar are both a cost and a threshold others cannot cross.

Origin THE ORIGIN

Fruit wine and jiang-flavor baijiu are brewed entirely at their origin in China — same mash, same cellar, same process, never rebadged elsewhere. Away from that soil and cellar ecology, the taste is not the same.

Port THE PORT

Hong Kong has been a free port since 1841. We use it as a trading port for customs, distribution and delivery — the wine is brewed at origin, and goes to sea from here.

Network THE NETWORK

Five markets move forward in parallel — Hong Kong and Macau, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America — through duty-free, dining, retail and e-commerce.

The Chain

Five Links, None Skipped

Group & Governance

One Entity, Three Lines We Do Not CrossONE ENTITY · THREE LINES

DeZiJiao® is held by Mulan Tea Story. The brand operates through its own corporate entity, registered in Hong Kong, China.

Three lines do not move with the market: the wine is brewed at origin in China and never rebadged elsewhere; no jar is opened before its time, and no shipment leaves early for an order; export documents are complete, and clearance follows destination rules.

The wine is not made in Hong Kong. Hong Kong is the trading port — customs, distribution and delivery happen here; brewing always stays at origin.
